WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: {9907 8th ST. #551 Gotha FL 34734}.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Go to “My Account” page click on “Addresses” there you can edit address.

WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Items are stored in 3 different locations. Depending on the number of items and their locations, is what determines how many, or where an item will ship from.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

7 to 14 days depending on season.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To track your order please enter your Order tracking number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was emailed to you when your item was shipped.
